Due to the bespoke nature of our services, all retainers, consulting fees, and sourcing fees are non-refundable once the sourcing process has begun. Refunds will not be issued for client-initiated cancellations, changes in preference, or delays caused by incomplete documentation or late payments.
Refunds may only be considered in cases where services were not initiated and a formal cancellation request was submitted in writing within 48 hours of payment. Approval of such refunds is at the sole discretion of Elite Ride Selection.
